Due to COVID – 19 protocols product shipment will take longer than usual. 

Orders are completed within 5-6 business days of purchase, however may be delayed during sale times or when new drops are released. This can take anything from 8 to 10 business days.

On all international orders, please allow an additional 7 business days for duties and customs clearance.

Please keep in mind that delivery times to other countries cannot be guaranteed. All orders may be delayed by the courier and/or customs.



RusHush is not liable for any import charges, customs fees, or taxes imposed on foreign shipping; these are the buyer's responsibility. We are unable to provide a cost estimate because these fees differ by country.

We work swiftly to complete and dispatch your order at RusHush, thus we are unable to make any modifications once you have placed your purchase.   • Refunds are not available for returned items.
  • Before being mailed out, all orders are subject to a processing wait of 2-3 business days. This can take anything from 3-6 business days during sale periods. 
  • All returns must be returned in the same condition as when they were received (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.). 
  • Any return that shows evidence of wear or does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions will be rejected. 
  • Your original shipping expenses, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance will not be repaid if you return the item. 
  • Orders are subject to customs. The custodian is responsible for any tasks linked with overseas orders.
