Luxury or Premium Products: All the products in luxury and Premium category are available for the limited time. Once the item is sold it will not be restocked.
Returns are not accepted. However, we can provide refunds or replacements for quality issues, incorrect items, lost packages, broken things, and orders that are stuck. We can’t accept the topic reason, such as I don’t like it, etc.
If the issue is one of quality or incorrect items, you must offer good image proof and a brief video if the problem cannot be identified through images.
If a consumer truly wishes to return, we will only issue a refund for the amount we were charged.
Aside from that, the purchaser is responsible for everything before the items are shipped.
We will not accept cash-on-delivery international packages.
