Items purchased from sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 20-day return policy, which means that you can return your item to us in its original condition within 20 days of the order date. We will happily accept back any unworn, untagged, unaltered items within 20 days of the date of delivery only. That’s how we roll. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods are examples of items that cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also not returnable. If you have any questions or issues concerning your specific item, please contact us.
